How long does a home inspection take?
Home inspections generally take 3 to 4 hours to complete. The duration of a home inspection depends on many factors such as the size of the home, the condition of the home, and the ability to access certain areas of the home (roof, crawl space, attic, etc.).
Should I attend the inspection?
It is not necessary for you to attend the inspection, but if you do, we recommend allowing our inspectors uninterrupted time to conduct the inspection first and asking any questions you may have at the end of the inspection. This speeds up the inspection process for you the customer, the real estate agent & our dedicated inspectors.
What if the inspection report reveals problems?
